This is fully inflated with Air and strung on some ribbon for you. All you have to do is put it up.
Other balloons are not included so here are the prices for you. Large heart is $30 helium filled or $20 air filled which would need to be stuck to something. Small hearts are approx 45cm and are $13 helium filled or $8 air filled. Ring is $25 helium filled or $20 air filled.
